Two LTC Partners Employees Selected as Members of Leadership Seacoast's Class of 2019

Portsmouth, NH: LTC Partners is pleased to announce that two of its employees—Elaine Way and Zachary Little—have been chosen as members of the Leadership Seacoast class of 2019.

Founded in 1988, Leadership Seacoast is a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to positively impact the communities of the Seacoast area by developing a base of knowledgeable and engaged leaders through exploration of community issues, effective leadership practices, and opportunities for personal involvement. Each year, class members are selected through a highly competitive process to participate in the program.

LTC Partners shares Leadership Seacoast's commitment to effect lasting positive social change and is a proud program day sponsor each year. To support our employees' civic engagement, LTC Partners is pleased to provide full tuition for its employees who are accepted into the program.

"I am honored and excited to join the 2019 Leadership Seacoast class. I look forward to personal growth and well-being as well as obtaining an increased sense of purpose within the community," said Way, a manager of business analysis.

Little, a training and documentation specialist, is also excited about being part of the incoming class. "One of the cool things about living on the Seacoast is the variety of interesting and informed perspectives available to people willing to listen. I am ecstatic to be accepted to the 2019 class of Leadership Seacoast and am exceedingly grateful to LTC Partners for the opportunity."

During the course of six months, participants will hear from experts in a variety of fields on topics such as health and human services, education, government, and criminal justice. They will also gain insight into how business, community, and politics can integrate and form societies to effectively confront regional challenges.
