LTC Supports Veterans and Their Families Through Veterans Count Radio-thon

Portsmouth, NH: LTC Partners renewed its commitment to support veterans, once again serving as the presenting sponsor of the fifth annual Make 12 Hours Count Radio-thon. The March 20 event was held to raise money for and increase awareness of Veterans Count, an Easter Seals program that provides care coordination, support, and resources to veterans, service members, and their families.

Raising $158,000, the Radio-thon was held in partnership with iHeart Radio stations WGIR 610 AM and WQSO 96.7 FM and hosted by New Hampshire Today's Jack Heath. In addition to being broadcast live in New Hampshire, the event could be heard nationwide on iHeartRadio.com .

Numerous LTC Partners employees participated in the event, both on air as well as answering phones, including CEO Paul Forte, CFO Linda Roth, as well as several veterans who work at LTC Partners.

Army Staff Sergeant Ryan Pitts, a Congressional Medal of Honor recipient, was among those to recognize the work: "Congratulations on another year of incredible support for Veterans Count. Thank you LTC Partners for your continued dedication to the veterans and their families who serve our country and showing that we are still in this together."

Veterans Count has provided thousands of individuals with services ranging from employment counseling, emergency financial assistance, deployment support, mental health support, and substance abuse services. The organization also offers financial assistance for food, home maintenance, utilities, housing, rent, fuel assistance, vehicle repair, child care, gasoline, and medical bills.

"The services Veterans Count provides are critical to ensure our veterans and their families have the support they need," said LTC Partners CEO Paul Forte. "We value our partnership with Veterans Count, and we are pleased to be able to support the Radio-thon and the many other initiatives Veterans Count pursues throughout the year in support of veterans."
